keeping Uyo LGA dry After rain Fall

Construction of 10.8KM AWA-NKANA ROAD AND 2.3KM ANCILLARY ROADS IN AWA VILLAGE, ONNA L.G.A. This project was mobilized on 11th February 2017, with the target completion date 20th October 2018. The road stretch cuts across up to seven (7) villages in Onna L.G.A, therefore opening doors to industrialization and also creating employment opportunities for the locals and training with the supervision of our Expatriates.

construction of 12.742 Km Ikot-Emem Road with 2NO. Bridges, The project which was mobilized on 15th June 2016 to be completed by 30th June 2017. In the project, 2NO. Bridges (35m & 75m Bridges), 6.9KM Main alignment with two spurs (spur 1 1.024KM, spur 2 3.687Km ) and 230M Access Road to the Meter Company.

The Cattle Ranch at Adadia in Uruan Local Government Area.
Special gasses to make Hay for the cattle to eat has been planted to well over 100 hectares of land ,four hundred hectares to go.
Upon completion, the Ranch will have an abattoir for meat processing, Fresh Milk factory which will produce fresh milk and cheese.
The Ranch is an IPP arrangement between Akwa Ibom State Government and San-Jo Agric Group from Mexico.
So far, over 89 youths have been employed in the Ranch to help in the cultivation of the grasses.

2000 cattle herds has been Accquired in Mexico and will start arriving the state dec 2017

Construction of the Emergency Operation Centre (EOC) in Ikot Ekpene
Rehabilitation of Etinan General Hospital
Renovation and furnishing of quarters for House Officers in Uyo and Oron
Free Screening of 15,350 people for various eye diseases, 1,150 eye surgeries performed, while 2,000 eye glasses were distributed.
Treatment of 4,038 moderately malnourished and severely mal-nourished children

Udom is trying where Akpabio failed but the Uyo drainage system remains a serious challenge. To solve that problem requires radical solution which might reduce his popularity.
