Anthony Okpotu has finished as the Goal King of the outgoing NPFL season after he scored 19 goals for Lobi Stars.

He beat Stephen Odey of MFM FC, who finished on 18 goals and has since signed for Swiss club FC Zurich.

However, his red-letter day was marred when he was sent off in stoppage time at Ifeanyiubah today.

Coach Salisu Yusuf has promptly rewarded the striker, who has previously played in Libya, for his harvest of goals this outgoing campaign by calling him up for the WAFU Cup in Ghana.
