In every television show or movie, there’s always more footage than there is time to air it. Entire scenes eventually end up on the cutting-room floor, and some of them can have quite an impact on how we as viewers understand the characters or the plot.
HBO’ series Game of Thrones is no exception to this; every season there are scenes that were cut from the aired episodes, which we only get to see if they are included in the DVD bonus features for that season.
