The above quoted price is actually from the owner. Remember the titles on the land are letter of offer and original R-OF-O from Abuja Geographic Information Systems (Agis). And the plot located at the opppsite side of Hilltop Hotel before school of 'Health'

I finally got a surveyor and a valuer for the current value of the plot. I was told due to the fact that the plot no is 60A with the AGIS certification. That the current price as at now is between N1M and N1.2M.

While some plots has a prefix of 'R' or 'RR' and their values ranges from N300,000 to N500,000 (depending on the title(s) available)

The land still available for a car swap. Thank you

The value of the plot in question isn't worth a NGN1million. It is between 600k to 800k as at today.

Thank God for threads like this where the OP is ousted for being shady. Initially, you stated 1.5 to 1.8 mill as value of land, when questioned you agreed to being ignorant of the actual value but you put the price up the first time. Last last you settled for 1 to 1.2 mill but someone else says the actual price should be btw 600k to 800k. Btw, what kind of tokunbo or newly registered will you be getting for kind of price. Everything about this deal seems way off. Interested buyers should thread carefully. My 2 Kobo.
