(born into a middle class family to an Igbo father ( late Anthony Chukwuemeka Enweani) and an Igbo mother(Angelina Nwakaego Enweani) who are both into business in fct Abuja, She's the fourth out of Five children (Sylvia, Joses, Franklin{twin brother } and Judith). Cynthia is an alumni of Abuja university were she studied banking and finance and came out with a second class upper.
