Are you telling me that, I cannot educate my fellow Nigerians on topics which they need information on.

Mortgage is a new concept in Nigeria. It is my area of specialism.

I don't understand WHY you and lawyer are not allowing Nigerians to see my posts.

They are not offensive, abusive or of pornographic nature!

It is rather "double standards" that, lawyer came to Nairaland and EDUCATED us on property law and I cannot do the same.

Lawyer & Ajileko moderate and don't DOMINATE.

Since when do u have to apply to post on Nairaland.

I am not new to Nairaland. My second username is "Abujabooks". I know d rules.

I think this is a very unfair accusation as i am just seeing this post for the first time. Nobody deletes or prevents anyone from posting anything. There is anti spam software that randomly picks posts and posters to block whenever it feels like and when we moderators see the posts, we connect them to the admin to unban or release the post for public viewing.

I as the moderator has been affected so manytimes by this spam bot and nobody here knows that and i go about my duties quietly. If i knew about the blocked posts i would have taken action to sort it out.
