How lucrative is BPO, I thinking of starting a career in BPO. I would like people that have idea and how prospective it is about. It started with India. I know it has to do with call centres and customer relations. I know it goes beyond that too but would like your contributions. would like to know how futuristic it is and if it worth a career going into. |

True BPO is big business in India. Simply put it is having customer service in another country were labour is cheap. A lot of big Corp in developed countries have their Customer Service Centres in countries where they can pay staff less with same qualification. I don't know if there is any in Nigeria yet. |
