~he opined that with the current travails in Nigeria with Imo in particular, PDP is the only alternative to salvage the people from the hunger inflicted upon the land by Owelle maladministration, he boldly submitted that the mass movement that brought he Owelle on board is needed to flush him, his cronies and whosoever shall be his anointed come 2019 general elections. On this note he commissioned the youth leaders to go and constitute both youth armies and youth securities in order to effect the change Ndi Imo is looking for.

The State secretary Hon Nze Ray Emeana who took next on the stage before his speech called for One more minute silence in respect to the soul of Somtochukwu who was gruesomely killed by Imo State govt agents during demolition exercise still ongoing in the state, Rasta and other soul of the faithfuls that are departed to rest in peace. Nze who titled his message "Discipline Panacea for the Party to win Elections" asked the delegates to shun every indiscipline traditional attitudes, as seen in the time past: he said when giving out functions base on familiarity and not capacity and with less concern to the principle of equity, we tend pushing out other members who has the capacity away which makes them develop 'I don't care attitude' thereby watch our fortune dwindle.
He charged the youths to mobilise both at the localities and in the social media in order to galvanise support to resist Owelle whose master plan is violence to force his way as seen in Okigwe senatorial rerun, Ekeukwu Owerri demolitions. He admonished the leaders to recruit and bring more young ladies in the polity activities to foster women integration that the party is women friendly and sensitive to gender equality, wrapping it up he delivered the goodwill message from the NEC and State Exco.

Long live PDP!
Long live Imo State!!
Long live Nigeria!!!
