⦁ O’Level result including the exam no, exam center, year of exam and exam type e.g Waec, Neco, Nabteb, GCE. (Please provide details for two sittings if you wish to make use of two sittings on your O’Level)
⦁ Bank Depositors receipt which MUST bear the applicants full name
