I'm thinking it's a different paint program with 100x more functions than the one that comes under accessories.

I thought you meant the normal paint program that ships with the OS. That one is RIGID ( i neva said primitive, dont misquote me )

Now you say its another one, so i want to know the name, of course if you really did the painting ( now i'm not insinuating anything) you would know the name and quit this merry-go-round.

On the other hand, the name of the software may be top secret and a potential security risk so you have a good reason to keep it confidential
