I started having these black growths on my face about five years ago. They were small black dots then, like birth marks. Now they are morphing into something else. They are joining together to form mini islands on my skin. What troubles me most is that i have seen them on a lot of dark skinned older people and there doesn't seem to be a cure.

Now, they are all over my neck and belly and although i have read it is harmless, its really ugly and disturbing. I know i should see a specialist but i am not really financially buoyant yet, please help me. I'm really worried, i dont want it to get any worse.
