3. If it is an high rise building (Floor area shall be min 500sqm per floor and
shall have a passenger lift)

4. Enough space around the building power room, holden room, security house and
spaces for generators.

5. Enough convenience for at least 250 staff

6. Borehole.

7. Provide visuals of the property

8. Provide copies of title documents (use must be commercial)
