Idyl has been named winner of the second season of The Voice Nigeria competition, season 2.

Idyl was on Timi Dakolo’s team and beat all the finalists to clinch the number one spot at the end of the exciting competition.

Ebube of Team Patoranking came in second place while Syemca came in third place. Wow took the fourth position.

Idyl goes home with a grand prize of a record deal, a luxury SUV, and an all expense paid trip to Dubai.

Last year and in its first edition, Arese on Team Waje walked away with the star prize having beaten all the contestants to the finals.

Idyl brings the soulful and rich sound his mentor Timi Dakolo has been known and is respected for in the music scene in and out of the country.
