A court in India has freed 3 men convicted of rape after deeming the victim to be promiscuous because she drank and owned condoms. The young woman -- a student at the Jindal Global Law School -- was once in a consensual relationship with one of the rapists, Hardik Sikri, according to a BBC report. However, for 18 months after the relationship ended, Sikri used nude photos of the victim to blackmail and rape her. Given bail not freed because in India is difficult to get bail Police doesn’t give bail is court. I read this news in morning and they are not freee because any act performed against wish of women is considered rape. Even saying “hello sweety”if girls doent like it is outraging modesty of women in India. Laws are very strict in india and u can be jailed just for your verbal or even gesture to a women. Unfortunately some womens use it to their advantage |
