But Buhari have unbriddled disdain for the courts and will not obey any pronouncement that does not feed into his plan.

A court order does not prevent EFCC from doing its statutory function! The people that filed that motion are bunch of jokers, that was why EFCC didn't deem it worthy of appeal.

What the people that got this court order would have done would be to first challenge the paragraph of the constitution that empowers EFCC to investigate and prosecute economic crimes and to arrest and detain those found culpable. The constitution of the Federal republic is supreme to any court order so this is an exercise in futility; getting a court order to prevent an agency from doing its statutory function which is embedded into the constitution is is dead-on-arrival; it does not even worth an appeal.

The Judiciary is worst than the Executive. They are the major problem we have in Nigeria, imagine a judge directly supervising and protecting corruption. As usual, the children of Hatred and Abhorrence will always support anything that is against Buhari good deed.

It is a shame to have tyrants in power who are this brainless.

Nobody is saying that Efcc shouldn't do their work but the timing is very wrong ,Fayose declares for president the next minute you go on clamping down on his cabinet members .

If they had a case of financial fraud against ekiti govt why wait till now? this is just too ridiculous and one wonders the type of drugs this people high on.

Fayose could have sourced his campaign funds from many other sources other than bail out funds ,yes after all bail out funds wasn't released just yesterday.

If the Efcc cannot obey a court of jurisdiction that is legally constituted by the Nigeria laws then this govt is a hoax.

It's like telling a governor not to carry out his functions as enshrined in the constitution. It can't work.

A court can't tell EFCC not to carry out its constitutional duties.
When you run to court for protection or injunction, that means you have alot to hide.
Only the President & VP and governor & Vice has immunity not to be investigated nor arrested.
These nonsense court injunctions are alien to the constitution.

Does the judgment even make sense to even yourself or do you just hate without thinking?

You expect a house that is solely PDP to indict themselves right? Biko, use your brain please.

The level of confusion is so much in Nigeria. Why order not to arrest. Arrest is not death sentence. The way our judiciary are hawking injunction thereby making the elite above the law.

It is a settled law in Nigeria that no court can stop any govt agency from doing what it was set up by law to do. No court can stop EFCC from acting in any way that the law that set it up allow it allow it. So, when EFCC is ready, the appeal won't require many sittings to set aside aside t judgement
