Good pm house, can anyone help on what to do or apps to download to STOP MY PHONE FROM DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLATION OF UNWANTED APPS on my device?

I can't use office WiFi without these silly downloads frustrating my life!

Can't be buying mobile data when I spend more than 14hrs of my day in office!!

Take it to a service center. They will do full flash. You can't help yourself here except you do the needed things.

This is malware you're talking about. Try reset to factory settings or even flash a new ROM.
