Hi, please note that AccessBET introduced cashout first in nigeria and we have a good structure around it. Now get it straight, cashout works if the pending matches are on InPlay and the bet type is active.

So if team A vs team B starts at 7:45 and the match is available on InPlay, then you can cashout
Secondly, if you choose under 3.5 and score line is less than 2 or 3 goals, the bet type under/over 3.5 will still b available and you can cashout.
But if the bet type under/over 3.5 is no longer available you will not be able to cashout.
