Property Price Hike: Landlord Or Agent's Fault? by YoxArdor1: 2:53pm On Mar 09, 2010 |
Sometime ago, i stepped out of my good friend Alhaji A. O.'s office with a temperament cooked enough to burn anybody. I had just been blatantly accused by a round table of his friends as the reason many 'just starting' individuals are suffering from accommodation issues in Abuja. The apartment which Alhaji gave me to let at N2m,2years against my advice of N1.4m,1 year was the bone of contention, and my 'non persistent spirit'(as they called it) to change his mind is one of the reasons why rent prices have gone haywire. (sho, NA ME GET HOUSE ![]() Definitely, different people have been presented with various scenario's as regards this overrated price issue but looking beyond the heated arguments they are remembered for but rather, logically analyzing the issue, who really is at fault; LANDLORD OR AGENT? http://www.facebook.com/photo_search.php?oid=373528720048&view=user#!/pages/Abuja-Nigeria/Yox-Ardor/343020827991 |
