I went out yesterday evening with my car MB E240 (W210). The worked fine on my way going, just about 30 minutes drive. However, on my way coming back, just after about 2 minutes of driving, I discovered that my horn, windows, traficators, Engine fan have all stopped working. Then it was already dark. Fortunately for me my headlights were working. I managed to drive home without stopping on the road at such an hour. I parked the car and went to sleep. This morning I didn't even have time to check it before going to work. When I returned, I decided to check it before inviting an electrician. To my surprise, everything was working perfectly again.
So I'm wondering, what could have gone wrong with my car? Do I have anything to be worried about?
