He should do so immediately. His level of professionalism is very low. To save face he should resign. If he intends to wield power and ego, then he should stick to his old job at Mobil. The Act establishing the NNPC does not recognise State Minister of Petroleum as a head over the GMD just as the Nigerian Constitution does not recognise deputy governors

When buhari is yet to resign. Mind you, Kachikwu is a First Class product from UNN and a lawyer, not an illiterate kiss. He knows how to handle issues faced him

Sad experience for Kachikwu. I believe he has enough impetus to see things a bit more clearly from the eyes of IPOB or promoters of restructuring. Experience is the best teacher.

They may likely force him to remain there as ceremonial Junior Minister. Haven't you seen where somebody's resignation was rejected and armed men follow the person to work and back with minute by minute update to the Boss on the activities. It was a common phenomenon among African dictators before the advent of Democracy.

He should not resign.
We want him to expose more corruption in NNPC and its subsidiaries.

The Nigerian constitution recognises deputy governors! In NNPC's case why was he so appointed if the act does not recognise minister of state. In addition he's chairman of NNPC board
