What will it take u to create a new personal email

I live in UK and i don’t know if the same rules apply.

I use my work email address to apply for other jobs. I work for the NHS. I reasoned that recruiters would be able to see that I work for a ‘big’ company. A recruiter’s most important job is saving his or her company money and this can be from getting human resources that do not require training. Using your work email makes them know that you have been trained at another person expense.

Also they are more likely to assume that your personal attributes and person specification will match what they are looking for.

Like i said I used my NHS outlook email to apply for jobs and i have secured a new position with another organisation. So as far as I am concerned there is nothing wrong.

Your CV has your work experience and recruiter might do independent investigation if truly you work where you stated on your CV

You can enlighten me, what I know is that mail pass through the server and we have what is called audit trail. You will not even be informed why you are fired. You just hear service no longer required like a bank fired some people recently with sms alert

It doesn't sound well... It should be against the internal and IT policy of the firm. Can lead to dismissal as well. Can be compared to being a current girlfriend and poaching to another girlfriend.

Personally, I wouldn't say its inappropriate or completely right. I've had personal experiences using official mail to make enquiries and some few applications too. I noticed the formal responses I get as compared to using my personal mail. Though I usually copy my personal mail in all correspondence.
Again, it depends on how lenient or strict your company's policies are as regards mail usage.

Some people no just get sense at all.
