I was able 2 get d pouch & x-pen for my infinix note 4 pro y'day.

I ve bin trying 2 mk d x-pen function bt it nt.

Pls hw can I mk it work?

Hello @MrTemple Is your X-pen working now? You need to activate the Xpen from your Phone's SETTINGS & ensure that it's charged.

Go to settings>under Gesture& smart motion you will see Xpen , activate the function ....and allow the pen to charge for 20-30 secs

Am having the same issue too with my Xpen I really need help. If I pull the pen out / push it in it vibrates the phone but if you try writing or operate the phone with the pen it won't function
