APC is a fraud.

The total yearly budget is over 3billion Naira yearly.

As we post and abuse PMB or GEJ let's not forget that budget allocation is a proposal and not actual disbursement. In as much as I am not holding forth for anyone, I am merely asking that we make informed criticism by finding out the actual fund disbursed before concluding that the money has been looted. The Budget IT that released this information should have helped in also releasing the actual disbursement in those years so that any critic would have enough information.
