It is a collective decisions. You need to take into consideration that these things takes planning etc. If you want me to put you down, then sure why not. If the decision is to use South East, I see nothing wrong with it. There are good place and bad place - just like anywhere in the world.

I am guessing it will be in the warmer time. This is just to jog people's memory and to get the planning right. It can be pretty demanding behind the times as we have to go and check venues, discuss prices, menu, security and what not.
