The boy is talented and should be encouraged to follow this thoroughly.

I'm good in drawing when I was a kid but I never took it serious... though I can still draw now but not that excellently... I invent many things those days, I started wiring , spoiling and refixing our electronics at tender age of 6yrs old.. I read art but most of science students in engineering field cant match my prowess... talents is God given , I'm making a living through engineering despite I'm not engineering folk .. keep it up boy

Don't tell me you are still old skool.
I had a classmate then in secondary school (FGC ijanikin) he loved drawing and it soon became a hubby, he then proceeded to UNN to read fine art.

Now he shuttles France and Nigeria almost every other month. The last time I visited his studio / company on the island I was shocked. He currently has a staff strength of 20 youths.
They have moved into video animations now.

Please just Google Christopher Okonkwo and your mind will be blown away.

Don't mind me, he has got some 'latent talent'. It needs to be developed. He could be a child prodigy if his talent is tapped and polished before he turns 15.

Someone need to help him realise his potentials. He shouldn't rest on his oars, I'm sure he will be reading all the nice things people write here but he need an expert to mentor him. If not he might be drawing like this 20 years from now. His talent need to take off, spread it's huge wings and get appreciated beyond his present environment.

Firstly, to expose him is not wrong
And getting appreciated for his creativity by words is not wrong also, but that's not the main thing.

He needs someone who has mastered the skills to tutor him, combining he's current state and when he's been taught more by a professional ,he'll seriously be out of this world.

He's got some Bright future ahead of him.

Kid have got skill. Steer him toward 3D art and CG art. That's the future and it would tap his curiousity and creativity. Although this is naturally fine arts but steer him further towards computer arts like 3D and CG
