Just want to know if anyone knows why nepa/phcn trigger light. I noticed after long hours of electricity blackout they seems to bring the light for just three(3) to four(4) minutes and take it off till thy kingdom come. Most time they trigger it on and off making it useless. Anyone who works with PHCN/NEPA should enlighten us.
