I paid for B1/B2 visa July 2017 through an agent.(first offence)
But he keeps saying no date for appointment.
Only to say he got it for next week 24th this March.
I asked him for my print out but he hasn't provided it to me.
I want to call it off with him tomorrow.
Please how can I refill the DV-160 form
And how can I cancel his appointment and fix another appointment with another package and documents.
Kindly respond.

You need the username and password of your profile.
it's DS-160 form not DV and you should beg your agent to give you all the necessary info without that there's nothing we can do.

I practice agriculture fishery which in registered under cac after i got marry my wife join me in the business which she start with sales of fish feed (distributor) and smoking of catfish .being the same location of the company and we share the same company to register with the fish feed company .on the ds form i choose agriculture while on her own i choose business Hope it does not mean anything ?

Secondly, the first denial in august we chose Florida as our vacation place because we are taking the kids along but this time only my wife and i ,we are planning to visit NY this time ,does it mean anything too ?

yes, but wouldn't be favored "because of grandma" when it comes to ties. Moreover if there can be an assistant done in U.S without the need of ur niece, it might end up being 2color paper.

On What ground were you denied the visa before when you went with your family? have you travelled outside Nigeria with your family for vacation since then.I think these are the questions you need to address before changing direction.

Me: My agency can't sponsor my training because of the current ban placed by the president of Nigeria, Muhammed Buhari
Vo: Asks question about your current financial situation
Me: I am financially buoyant. I own property ..., I have this ..., I am paid...

This was exactly what happened to me when I was first rejected... I sponsored my conference to U.S....
I later reapplied and this time my firm was sponsoring the trip and I got the visa so do the needful and get it right but don't apply instantly wait till Sept.

No not at all... you can apply for visa with another conference and maybe try to sponsor yourself for another conference in Dubai or Europe before apply for U.S visa
