True or not, The North is cunnyly gathering "MOSS" in preparation for the restructure with Nigerian Money. Along with the Restructure, all National Assets like CBN, DICON, RLY, NPA, etc, will be run on a going concern basis, taxed, and their profits surrendered to IRS to be shared equally to the 36 States. |
