Head lice removal through Henna Natural henna can fight against lice as it helps make the hair uncomfortable environment for the lice to lay their eggs or breed. By its coating action on the hair, it prevents the nits from sticking to the hair shaft and it protects the hair from re infestation for about 6 months. Ingredients 1 bag of neutral henna non dyeing henna(Lalli) Warm water 1 cup of vinegar a drop of essential oil,soft shampoo(optional) Precautions Do not put salt into the mix. Do not use if the scalp is irritated or bruised. Use henna only after 6 months of bleaching/dyed hair. How to use Henna Mix all ingredients together apply the mixture on the head, concentrate on the root of the hair. Make sure the hair is completely coated with the mixture. Wrap with plastic wrap to keep heat. Avoid henna stains. Wrap a second time with a towel and leave for several hours, preferably overnight. Rinse and shampoo until the henna is completely removed. Dry with hair dryer on a mild temperature as close to the scalp as possible. Be careful not to burn your scalp. Do this twice a week for 3 weeks. 1 Like |
