This is what nnamdi kanu's lawyer said to the press today.....
The matter supposed to come up for hearing today in court but the proceeding couldn’t proceed because of his absence in court today so is a matter of common knowledge that the military invaded his premises on the 14th day of September to 17th and murdered about 28 persons there and wounded many others and what we are asking for is nothing but for the military to produce him so we filed a suit and the suit is coming on second day of November for hearing and the court was informed about his absence. so we are hopeful that before November 20th the court must have hard our applications, compelling the chief of armed staff to produce him before this court. we went further to state that he is certain the military is with Nnamdi kanu.
