A pale of grief fell in morgan area of mushin after one-year-old called Boluwatife fell into a latrine pit on thurday as the incident happened shortly after the mother of the child left for work. The mother of the baby said to have her child into the care of her mother at her residence on morgan bus stop on itire road, mushim. The reports is that the baby crawled out of his grandmother's apartment and slipped into the abandoned latrine pit outside the building.
His body was later evacuated from the pit by men of olosan poliice Divison, mushim. The residents said the decrepit latrine pit had been abandoned for the past three years by the owner of the building who is a lawyer by profession and that he was awared of the condition of the latrine. But he did nothing about it. And that if the latrine pit was repaired, the baby would not have slipped into the pit and died.
