The Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha has described the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu as a mad man, according to a report by Pulse.



According to the report, Okorocha also said that Kanu’s actions have led to the tagging of Igbo people as IPOB members.
