Nigerian football legend, Jay Jay Okocha, was pictured with world best star, Lionel Messi at the FIFA Football Awards in London.

Okocha was part of the 17 man panel that decided the 36 man list of 24 players and 12 men’s coaches which were in contention for awards at the Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony yesterday evening in London.

The former Bolton man was seen taking a picture with five times FIFA best player and last night’s runner up Lionel Messi.

Messi lost last night’s award to Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, The Real Madrid man capped off an extraordinary 2017 with the ultimate individual award in men’s football.

Last night’s award saw Ronaldo go level with Messi on the numbers of FIFA best player awards, they are now leveled on five a-piece.

He shared the photo on his page, wrote:
