Academic Database
The School Clerk has an ACADEMIC DATABASE that houses the reports of all academic related activities of all students and teachers. All testing parameter results are recorded by the system and always available for inspection or reprisal at all times. . Teachers can enter grades, scores and have them reflected in the result generated every reporting period. Subjects and their teachers can be entered into the system to enable proper management. Terms, sessions, school arms, and classes are also used as grouping parameters. Past terms and sessions are stored for reference and new ones can be created. Different school arms can be stored in the School Clerk to ensure that information is easier to access and any activity involving multiple branches is easier to carry out.
Multiple Arms
Multiple branches can access the school clerk at the same time. Schools with more than one branch do not need to worry, they can access their schools account. Each arm just needs to be registered in the school clerk and login with their own username and password. This makes it easier to compare records across school arms.
Student Migration
The School Clerk also contains a Student Migration feature. This is a very important component of the system because it addresses the problem of transferring graduating students to a new class, meaning lots of paperwork, new record books, laboriously copying each students’ details from one register to another. The system solves this problem by reducing student migration to a few clicks and cutting down the time required from hand-tiring hours for every teacher to mere minutes for the whole school.
