With increasing need to tap from online opportunities, every businessman or woman is looking to have an online store where he or sell can sell their range of products and services.

According to PayPal, "Nigeria is the 3rd highest mobile shopper worldwide - only after China & India!"

That's massively huge because "Nigerian online shoppers have realized the world is their shopping mall and shop wherever and whenever using their mobile devices because they are generally sophisticated mobile users and this sophistication is aiding small businesses".

Paperwhite:
Mr Metuh is facing trial for allegedly receiving N400 million out of the $2.1 billion dollars arms fund from the former National Security Adviser to Dr Jonathan, Colonel Sambo Dasuki
Justice Abang in his ruling struck out the application on the ground that Colonel Dasuki is not a party in the case before him and as such the court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the application."

How can Abang's court claimed that Metuh received money from Dasuki and the same time dismissed the latter as a witness in the case?

hush15:

Very simple, the judge already knows that's going to be an serious issue should the judge request dansuki's presence as a witness and FG has refused to provide the guy for his own case, not to now mention Metuh 's. The judge doesn't want to be harassed thus avoiding confrontation with FG's.

You didn’t get what happened.

Metuh applied that Dasuki be subpoenaed (i.e. ordered to appear) by the court as his witness. The court granted the application.

However, instead of appearing, Dasuki applied to the court that the court should ask the DSS to release him from custody first, before he can appear as witness for Metuh.

It is that application that the court dismissed and asked him to comply with the earlier court order to appear as witness.

Hero of democracy indeed

Jonathan and Buhari are very stupid but the stupidest of them all are the oppressed that keep defending their persecutors on daily basis.

Why are we like this

"Let he that has no sin be the first to cast a stone". But you keep castigating Buhari. I guess you have no sin.
God bless you.

That one no be yarns again nah.If Buhari and the APC government have countlessly shown impunity to the Nigerian constitution and court orders on numerous legal cases then I don't see any sound reasoning for Jonathan to obey same order on a case fashioned out just to smear his image.Let he that has no sin be the first to cast a stone.I rise.
