Paperwhite: hush15: You didn’t get what happened. Metuh applied that Dasuki be subpoenaed (i.e. ordered to appear) by the court as his witness. The court granted the application. However, instead of appearing, Dasuki applied to the court that the court should ask the DSS to release him from custody first, before he can appear as witness for Metuh. It is that application that the court dismissed and asked him to comply with the earlier court order to appear as witness. |
