[b][/b] It is one of those hazy day, unlike the previous days, although, there was nothing particularly extra ordinary in comparison. Except that today was all about day dreaming, which may be due to some worrisome known or unknown situations? But what exactly, this he could not accurately figure out nor imagine the very nature. It is worrisome to stay home doing nothing all because of the strike going on in the school, he suppose to have rounded up in years time. But because of the indefinite strike of a thing going on, he could not really be certain that his finishing up will see the day light soon. And this could simply also come to mean that in another two or more years, he may never round up. It was this state of things that seems to be spinning his head unceasingly on daily bases. Although, he had tried to get his mind off the line of worry, and to convince himself that he was not alone in the game, if it might be called so. In spite of what look like an inquietude feelings, Cassidy , often try to couple himself together in other to flow along with the current reality- nel bene nel male i.e (in good and in bad time)- not without focus, in virtually everything he set for himself to accomplish for the day.

The thought, of expecting to be called back soon, could not erase from his mind, due to the word “indefinite”, even though he tends to disagree them in the use of the concept, in a place where people must care for one another. For him, he view such word, as an act of not being care enough and of the likely implication of what posterity or legacy this would result.
He was quite aware that even though, he was not particularly a brilliant chap, but this does not mean they should not reflect over a single word and its future implications. After a couple of hours of reflection, he recognized that this time around could serve as an opportunity to recover from some of the area at school in which he was not too good.

Often he would shovel from one book to the other as he soliloquizes to ask where he needed to read the more to help himself. But only to discover that he was not really too good in any of the subject, instead, he must read all of the them, if he must improve in the subjects, whenever they are called to resume. This time, he became a little addicted to reading novels like the Hardly Chase books , as he was almost doing away with his school subjects. However, it has now becomes a habit that, among his few clicks of friends , they now seems to boost of how many type of such novel they read in a week, but not without some explication of the subject matter of the novel, although, in fair judgment, this new interest of his could be profitable in his literary subject, no doubt. In fact by this time, the terms were already running out and he discover he had read a bunch of these novels.
The same could be said that Jacobo was already an ardent lover of anything literary and debating society, even though he was never a good public speaker, so to say due partly to his very nature, but he did admire them a great deal, those of them in their eloquent display of their passion during practice and would always want to be like them. He knows, he only needed to cultivate the interest to do so, hence, now that he is very much interested to reading novel instead of his books, this could not be judged as a bad omen. Cassidy in his new awakening, now have to reschedule his timetable with his daily routine work with reading, without much worrying about the indefinite strike. In the literary debating society, he was one of the executive member of which he was always looking forward to making a different before suddenly the strike began which contributed to his much love for anything literature as it were.
During this time, Cassidy never want to see any of his friends to gossip about anything or anybody, as it often the case among students, although, he has a habit of not visiting friends but they could come to visit him in their numbers and that was never a problem for him. Due to his new time schedule between reading his novel and his domestic work, he seems no longer have time for anyone. Among his class mate, there was one of them who seems to be very fond of him and would always want to be with him, if nothing else, just to be him for a few hours to discuss about the long delay of finishing up. Because it simply means, when the strike will be call off, another year may have to be added to get things in order before rounding up their final year. And then they will be thrown into the job market which all them have been anxiously looking forward to prove themselves, except some very few of them who would want to apply to go to university. Cassidy - knew, he belong to those few categories of those who might be nursing such idea, but he would never say it openly due to contingent reasons inexplicable. In one of such visiting, he told Ojemeke point blank that enough of his visiting, except strictly on invitation, he is no longer going to be welcome until the call off of the strike because he is no longer readies to immense himself in what termed frivolous gossip about the strike. In the same vein, Ojemeke should try and get himself occupied with books or something instead of coming to disturbed him. He was saying this in what looks like a reprimand mixed up with joke, of which Ojemeke was unable to dissect the true from reality. And in what looks like, an outside who don’t know the level of their relationship would regard as a connotation of insulting language. But Cassidy did manage to spare a few hours with him before send him away for good to concentrate on his schedule task for the day. After a few days later, Jacobo arrived from school, another of Cassidy friend, to say that he has finished his program. Although, for Cassidy this was never a problem except the disruption of his new timetable of which Jacobi has now come to put to a hurt due to his presence with him. Because Cassidy and Jacobo seems to be two individual, although compatible to a level, but they remain like Aristotle and Plato, the Greek philosopher, for those who may care to know what differentiate them in their outlook.
