Hi,

I was shown a swampy land in Oke Alo Gbagada, and another in Yetunde Brown,Gbagada by two separate agents. Price is about N1m apart, Oke Alo being higher. I was told both requires piling foundation and the one of Oke Alo appears to be more swampy than Yetunde Brown. My questions are:
1. What is the approximate cost of piling foundation for a block of 4flats storey building?
2. Will the difference in level of swampiness affected the cost considerably (like 1m apart)?
3. Oke Alo looks more topclass than Yetunde Brown, would it play a critical role in the development cost?
