Gaje Zubairu, a 38-year-old woman who was delivered of quadruplets at the General Hospital, Malumfashi, Katsina State, last Wednesday through caesarian operation, died Sunday morning, Punchng reports. The hospital’s Chief Medical Director, Dr. AbdulHamed Abdullahi, provided no details on the circumstances surrounding the death.
