50 Cent is considering helping Cheryl Cole's estranged husband Ashley launch a music career, the US rapper has revealed.

The warring Coles are set to go head-to-head in both the divorce courts and the charts after it was confirmed that the Chelsea and England football ace is thinking about a future in pop.

Hip hop icon Fiddy spilled the beans about the collaboration, which follows a previous writing session between the pair.

"Ashley's passionate about his music. We actually wrote a song together," he explained, ahead of the UK leg of his ‘Before I Self Destruct' world tour.

"We created an idea and it was used in a film. We'll probably get together and have some fun. I've got his number," said 50.

Meanwhile, the rapper admits he feels sorry for Ashley, who recently broke up with Cheryl. "He's having a hard time. You gotta take your bumps and wear your bruises," he advised [Daily Mirror].
