In Makurdi, Kubwa (Abuja) have average of 23-24 hours electricity and I learnt Iju road, Agege have about 22 hours average electricity.

Any area with electricity issues below 12 hours average is a no no for me.

Mowe is one of the uprising places to buy and build at the moment. ......A decade from now, it would be very well developed and maybe quite expensive to live there.
