Income Electrix limited on behalf of a client of ours an Electricity distribution company is looking to fill these positions:

1) Job Title: Head, Project Management Office
Job Objectives: Responsible for the overall deployment, coordination and control of all Company’s assigned Projects from Inception to Completion at Site involving the construction of electrical transmission and distribution systems and other large construction projects having significant electrical engineering component/solutions.
Job Categorization:
1. Organizational Level: Senior Management
2. Job Department: Project Management Office
3. Reporting to: Chief Technical Officer
. Supervises:
a. Portfolio Project Managers (Civil, Distribution, Transmission)
b. Construction Engineers (Electro-Mechanical and Civil)

 Qualifications and Experience:
a. B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineering and added with MBA
b. Minimum experience of 12 years experience in large electrical engineering construction department or division
c. Must be a member of a professional engineering body: COREN, NSE, IEE etc.
d. Experience should include planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and cash flow management of complex projects.

2) Job Title: Business Planning & Review Manager

Job Objectives: As Business Planning & Review Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business planning activities of the Organisation. Responsible for validating the strategic direction and identifying the priorities to be addressed at the high-level Planning phase, ensuring that Business plans are developed showing links to strategic priorities for the current year and the years ahead, including a review of products and services delivery and consolidating Business plans into an Operational Plan showing how to achieve the years requirements in relative detail.

§ Qualifications and Experience:
a. A good University degree
b. Minimum experience of 7 years experience.
c. Experience should include planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and cash flow management of complex projects
d. Certification in Program Management Professional or Project Management Professional (PMP).

3) Job Title: Strategic Alliance Manager
Job Objectives: The Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible for engaging with and developing relationships with some of the National /world’s largest systems integrators and power/construction/consulting firms. This person is responsible for the global strategy and execution of strategic alliances with named Systems Integrators and will execute through all sales channels nationally and globally. He will play a leadership role in the development, deployment, and management of the strategic alliance program supporting Management team within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
a. B.Sc/HND with MBA in Business, Marketing or related field
b. Must have 8+ years of successful complex sales, channel & business development experience
c. Proven track record of accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in negotiating, establishing, and managing effective business relationships
d. Demonstrated ability to analyze company or solution needs, capabilities, and plan effective strategies to meet requirements, and execute plans to deliver effective partner relationships

4) Job Title: Commercial Manager

Job Objectives: Responsible for coordinating the development of commercial transactions relating to all new projects and monitoring their sustenance
Job Categorization:

1. Organizational Level: Senior Manager
2. Job Department: Commercial Department
3. Reporting to: PMO Lead

Supervises:

a. Tendering
b. Claims/Contract
c. Certification/Invoicing

 Qualifications and Experience
a. B.Sc/HND with MBA in Engineering and/or Marketing and/or Law
b. Minimum of 8 years of Marketing experience with large project experience in Construction, Oil and Power Industries
c. Must have reputable professional certification in related function and industry
d. Proficiency in an ERP Solutions.

5) Accounts Manager
Job Objectives: To analyze and report on key financial data within the organization ensuring that managers receive timely, accurate and relevant information. Work with senior business leaders to identify effective and efficient ways to manage and reduce project and overall operational costs. The role also requires you to identify ways to lower expenses and analyze monthly quarterly and annual budgets.
Job Categorization:
1. Organizational Level: Officer
2. Job Department: Finance
3. Reporting to: PMO Lead

 Qualifications and Experience:
• B.Sc Accounting
• 6 – 8 years experience in the finance team of a medium sized fast moving construction, manufacturing or banking environment.
• Demonstrable experience of working in management accounting or financial management.
• Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting issues and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of SAGE Accounting Systems (or similar).
• Chartered Accountant / MBA
• Experience with Accounting standards, budgets, forecasts, financials and quarterly audits are required.

6) Job Title: Project Manager
Job Objectives: Responsible for the delivery of the assigned Projects from Inception to Completion with full ownership of activities in Project Sites and controlled implementation of company’s approved PERT methodology for Project executions.

 Qualifications and Experience:
a. B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Civil Engineering
b. Minimum experience of 7 years experience
c. Membership of a professional engineering body: COREN, NSE, IEE etc
d. Experience should include planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and cash flow management of complex projects
e. Proficiency in an ERP Solutions and with competencies in Project Management, CAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

7) Job Title: Technical Manager
Job Objectives:
• Responsible for directing the company’s technical plans and deploying all company’s Technical Solutions, Products, and Services
• He is very integral to the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.

 Qualifications and Experience:
a. B.Sc/HND Engineering Programs and added with MBA
b. Minimum experience of 20 years out of which 5 years should have been managing a large electrical engineering construction department or division
c. Must be a member of a professional engineering body: COREN, NSE, IEE etc.
d. Experience should include planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and cash flow management of complex projects
e. Proficiency in an ERP Solutions and with competencies in Project Management, CAD and Microsoft Office/Prima Vera (PMO).
