There are 3.5million vehicles currently on Togo roads and evenly spread around the country. If you ask people to come in for free engine oil change and pay for only parts while service is free. You get to change atleast 3litres of oil per engine. So let's do the breakdown and calculation. You get atleast a 1000 cars in a week in a particular shop, multiply by 3L you get 3000L a week in a shop, multiply by 4weeks, that's 12,000L in a month for a shop. Now divide 500,000 by 12000 = 42 service shops. But if you play your cards right, you can get trailer service stands and lorry, you get more engine oil from their engine. It would be cheaper to offer a cheap service to get the quantity you need so find your oil in Togo instead of importing from Nigeria. |

You are very right my brother, unfortunately i am not as good as you and only know a traditional way of supplying things and provide services to my clients. Maybe next time i will try this option, it will really work i am sure about it. Thanks & Cheers for a great advice. |
