You are right. Buhari may not be corrupt but those hawks around him are just criminals and that makes him guilty as well since he did not just appoint them, but also supervise (or at least should supervise) their activities. That is exactly why gej is being accused of corruption, not as if gej himself stole, based on the anti-graft revelations so far.
