What do you mean by intensive training? Know the correct placement of pads and the machine does the analysis to determine shockable rhythms. People who care have it at home. In a place like Nigeria where emergency medical response is nonexistent and hospitals are known to reject emergency cases, shouldn't it be one of the considerations of a concerned family?
