to start with he wont do it infront of me after a few days he wld be like he can see am avin fun without him cuz of dat i put a lock code on my fones and his like y am coding fones av i got anything to hide

It's either he was hurt in a previous relationship or he is insecure. If the former is the case, the only thing you can do is to be as open and honest with him as possible and he will get to trust you with time but if its the latter, he cannot change completely but may learn how to mask his lack of trust.
Discuss this issue with him but you have to be tactful so you can know when to end the discussion before things turn real bad.  Dealing with an insecure person takes up so much of your time, energy and brain as every action/speech has to be explained in details.
