A court heard Peter Morrison sent and received the messages with his contacts in the world of professional football -including Manchester City’s Cameron Humphreys

Peter Morrison lost control of his car in wet and windy conditions on the M6

His average speed from just south of Carlisle to the collision scene near Tebay, Cumbria, was 81mph, a jury at Carlisle Crown Court heard.
