What do Lagosians lack in terms of products and services, the kind that would make Lagos living easier?

There are a number of products/services the average Lagosian would love to have. I'll give a list to make things organized. Please understand, not all of these things can be achieved in an economically feasible manner, so they will make for poor business ideas.
