lezz:1.First Boer war 2.Second Boer War: 80 000 vs 550 000+, +-5000 dead vs 25 000+ dead, The Boere only surrendered due to the atrocities that happened in the concentration camps 3.WW1: Single-handedly defeated the Germans in SWA, Also look up the battle of deville wood 4.WW2: Played a massive part in defeating the Germans in North Africa 5.Border War: The SADF did not loose one battle in the entire 23 year Border War. Ive also not mentioned the major part SAAF played during the Korean War. As you can see these are real wars, against real enemies, NOT rebel forces! 3 Likes |

A South African addressing a black American saying our whites ain't African ... Thuli This article does not make any sense. Any person who quotes a source like wiki, should not even be writing articles. It is not a credible source. If your are not a South African, you will not understand how we work in this country. Yes, we have Afrikaners(they do not call themselves Afrikaan!!) and Africans. Mostly we are called South Africans. What should we call the rest of the country that does not fall in this categories? Some of my friends are Afrikaner and others are white but does not speak Afrikaans, but English, what should I call them? So please stick to what you know, or come and visit our beautiful country and get you facts straight. Please remember what racism has done to this country, we do not need anymore of that from a non-South African. 2 Likes 1 Share |

agaugust: 1. What is GPS-INS guidance? How deep have Recces operated behind enemy lines and what is the "Baja 500" award? 2. Hypothetical situation, geography is irrelevant 3. What 500 km radar? Civilian grade designed for detecting airliners? What are gripen? You think your obsolete F7 based on a 50 year old design scares us when we have Gripen? Answer these questions and you will realize the idiocy of your post |

lezz: SA lead the missions in SWA and East Africa in WW1 SA lead the missions in Ethiopa and Madagascar in WW2 (Italians and Vichy French) SA lead her own squadron in Korea, against a determined and well armed enemy 32 battles in the border war - SADF won them all, SADF lead them all Nigeria has never fought against a well trained and armed opponent - the fact that you cannot even handle poorly armed boko haram in your own country is absolutely pathetic, and your involvement in Sierra Leon and Liberia was a fvcking shambles with the British and Americans coming in and doing in months what you failed to do in a decade. 2 Likes |

RudzSA:do not let your school read this. You cannot mention your school together with this broken effort of english. You have succeeded in proving to the world that your university ranking is as fraudulent as your world cup hosting. You can't even deliver a proper literary effort when your integrity, together with that of your country and school are on the line? Typical of a Zulu; nothing is as despicable and nauseating as a Zulu emboldened by ignorance One last shot: we don't care about your opinion of us. We don't give a rat's ass if you love us or hate us. We're just content that we freed you from the caves and mountains the whiteman sent you and your forebears. A trained monkey has got more 1Q than a Zulu. |

RudzSA:It is amusing to watch you south africans overhype your universities; a relative of mine went to UNISA for a 2 year course programme a few years ago,and barely 10 months later, when he came to Nigeria on a visit,he was shuddering in disgust at the nearly abysmal level of intellectual standard and human capacity development. At the end of the day,on completing his programme,he was full of regret for ever patronizing the south african education system. He had to terminate further enrollment for an advance degree. Though SA has beautiful and infrastructurally developed schools, but it certainly doesnt make your schools the best in the world. |

agaugust:The ER version range is up to 200km. The Raptor III will hit targets 300km away. Target information can be acquired in various ways. You don't have to see it. Pictures can be loaded into the weapon as part of target information, the weapon if equipped with a IIR sensor can use ATR(automatic target recognition) to compare what it "sees" with loaded targets info and able to lock onto its target. And target position is updated through out the bomb's flight. |

RudzSA:Recent ratings of universities in Africa puts University of Ibadan; a Nigerian university as number 8 in africa. While many Nigerian universities may not be as beautiful as their south african counterparts{though there are exceptions like Babcock university,American university of Nigeria,Convenant university,Bells etc..},Nigerian universities are extremely keen on intellectual awareness and development, that is why you would see Nigerian universities always winning international competitions worldwide; building cars,rockets,robots,mini-helicopters,designing mobile applications and advanced softwares. The world rated south african universities based on infrastructural advancements and research capabilities, but in truth,SA is far behind in terms of human capacity development. 1 Like 1 Share |
