The Spain defender won 37 percent of the vote after scoring against Brighton & Hove Albion and Everton, beating Kevin de Bruyne into second place and Alexis into third.
The Spain international who has been left out of the Spanish squad for their upcoming friendlies against Costa Rica and Russia has also been nominated for Arsenal's Player of the Month Award.
Monreal claimed the prize last month after a string of consistent displays, and he continued his fine form - and even weighed in with two goals, against Brighton and Everton.
Aaron Ramsey was also twice on the scoresheet over the course of the month, netting the 49th and 50th goals of his Arsenal career in the wins against Everton and Swansea City respectively .
