Having a good health can allow you avoid getting sick and also improve your quality of life. The following qualities will help you feel and live a better life;

Get regular exercise to control weight
Do not drink lots of alcohol
Avoid smoking
Take drugs as prescribed by the physician (doctor)
Eat a well balanced and Healthy Dietaries
Keep your mouth clean at all times
Follow good and safety advice from your doctor
Exercise: is so essential because it is needed for the body to strengthen the bones, heart and lungs .regulate exercise makes you sleep better. Have a physician arrange an exercise routen for you.

Drink: drinking too much alcohol causes so many damages in the body. most especially to the brains. Continued drinking would affect motor control and a poor balance.

Diseases caused by too much alcohol;

Disease of the liver
Cancer
Brain damage
Alcohol can also cause miscarriages for pregnant women
Avoid Smoking: smoking cigarettes is the main cause of DEATH. According to the reading, at least five(5) people die everyday as a result smoking. that’s why is is captioned on the cigarette pack “smokers are liable to die young”

Drug Use: drugs affect people in different ways. always tell your physician the kind of drugs you’ve been taking lately avoid drug abuse’

Dietaries: Having a balanced diet is very important and essential for good health.

Take foods that are low in saturated fat because its dangerous to the body
Do not take much sugar and salt
Eat more of fibre,fruits and vegetables. etc
Mouth/tooth care: Good dental care can help keep your teeth and Gums clean,strong and healthy. it is important that you see your dentist once or twice a week for dental checkups.

for proper mouth ant tooth maintenance, see below;

Brush your teeth at least twice a day
Use good toothpaste
Limit sugar and salt intake
Use toothbrush with tender bristles to avoid injury of the gums
Have a Dentist show you the proper way of maintaining your teeth.
